All prices are quoted wholesale in Australian dollars (AU$) and do not include GST. Prices are subject to change without notice. If you receive an item and you are unhappy about the price you may return the item within 7 days for credit.

Prices constantly change as silver is a commodity that is traded on the stock exchange. It has been extremely volatile over the past 2 years and has swung from $20 per ounce to $48 per ounce.

New accounts are requested to use a credit card for their first order. We accept Visa and Master Card. This enables us to process your opening order immediately. Your credit card will not be charged until your order has been packed.

Overdue Accounts
Terms are 30 days – Late payments will result in payment before dispatch.

We use Express Post Platinum for all our orders. This usually ensures next day, safe delivery.

Placing orders
This website is an ordering system for our clients, aimed at taking orders and not accepting payments.

We do all transactions in house, and are not a web automated pay system. Thus we can accept payments by card, phone, direct deposit, and cheques. Please call us on (02) 9371 7906 for any inquiries regarding placing orders.

Returns Policy
Australia Post has a responsibility to deliver your order to you in good condition. All claims for damaged stock must be reported within 7 days of receipt of stock.

We guarantee all our products and have full confidence in our suppliers. We have over the years weeded out the unreliable and bad quality producers.

Please understand we cannot be responsible for any damages made by your customers’ mistreatment or accidental damage once worn. In these instances we will not refund or replace.

Back Orders
Often we do not have all the items in stock at one time so we send what we have and back order what we don’t have and endeavour to get you all your items as soon as possible.
